    Optimizing Glass Recycling Infrastructure: A Leadership Opportunity

    We are seeking a seasoned project manager with expertise in construction and sustainability to lead our efforts in optimizing glass recycling infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Infrastructure Development: Assess and develop buildings and sites to support recyclable glass initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
    • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Sustainability Support: Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide support to communities and businesses with recyclable glass, assessing their needs and ensuring optimal infrastructure setup.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure projects align with company objectives and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Matriculation (Matric) or equivalent, complemented by a Civil Engineering qualification.
    • Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of construction practices, principles, and regulations.
    • Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Personal Qualities: Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making informed decisions that drive business growth and sustainability.
    • Logistics: Possess own reliable transportation for efficient site visits and meetings.
