Responsibilities

Creative planning and designing of itineraries to provide guests with unforgettable experiences.
Efficient management of the reservations process, ensuring guest budgets are met.
Handling bookings from initial quote to finalization, including invoicing and travel document preparation.
Maintaining consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners, and colleagues.
Rotational emergency duty as per the Retail Emergency BOP.
Weekly rotational early and late shifts.
Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor while servicing agents and guests.
Proactively promoting our products and services to ensure the best possible safari experience for guests.
Demonstrating an independent, curious, and proactive approach to tasks.
Upholding the values of the company:

Care of the people, Care of land, and Care of wildlife.

Knowledge Required:

A passion for delivering service excellence.
Indepth knowledge of Tourplan (advantageous).
Good knowledge of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa (preferable).
Willingness and aptitude to learn.

Skills Required:

Understanding of terms and conditions, product knowledge, thirdparty, and Company product destinations.
Familiarity with travel industry channels.
Excellent computer skills, including:
Tourplan (advantageous).
ESS (essential).
WETU.
