    Description

    Front Office Administrator

    We are seeking a diligent and organized administrative professional to join our Diep River plant as Front Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage switchboard calls in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide cover for reception during lunch hours and as needed.
    • Assist the reception team with ordering stationery and other administrative requirements.
    • Order office supplies and record sequence numbers for internal records.
    • Support the collection of overnight bags and courier services.
    • Update meeting room bookings for the admin building.
    • Assist Internal Sales with filing and data capture.

    Desired Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative environment.
    • Able to interact with customers.
    • Service-oriented approach.
    • Pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
    • Ability to adopt a proactive mindset.
    • Passionate about delivering excellent service.
    • Effective communication skills.
