    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
    • Maintain a sales pipeline by moving clients through stages (prospecting, lead generation, proposal, closing).
    • Conduct research on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
    • Present our outsourcing staffing solutions to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.
    • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to ensure maximum profitability.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
