    Job Overview

    1. Data Analysis and Collection: Gather and analyze data using established tools, methods, and formats, working independently.
    2. Advice and Information: Resolve customer queries by providing detailed information on complex processes and related policies, escalating issues as needed for policy interpretation.
    3. Document Preparation: Create moderately complex documents using various software applications, responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
    4. Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
    5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with allocated customers through calls and in-person interactions, serving as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
    6. Financial Planning: Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice for complex client situations.
    7. Sales Support: Deliver routine sales support services.
    8. Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes to ensure adherence to standards, obtaining authorization from supervisors or managers for exceptions.
    9. Personal Development: Enhance capabilities through assessment and development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching, staying updated on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

    Essential Skills: Accounting, Action Planning, Communication, Computer Literacy, Customer Relationships, Data Analysis, Database Reporting, Data Compilation, Data Interpretations, Evaluating Information, Large Group Presentations, Management Reporting, Numerical Aptitude, Oral Communications, Relationship Management, Report Review, Sales Software, Statistical Analysis Techniques.

    Education: Matriculation Certificate (Required).
