Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior sales representative in the clothing, promotional gifting and branding industry.

As the Junior Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving new business through the sales of branded promotional items, apparel, and corporate gifts.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing products, providing quotes, closing sales, and overseeing the production and delivery process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our client's business.


Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the promotional and corporate branding industry.

Must have a driver's license and be proficient in Microsoft.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

Manage client relationships and sales within an allocated client base.
Source, quote, and close sales of branded promotional items, apparel, and corporate gifts.
Oversee production through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


Sourcing and Quoting:

Receive and process requests for quotes, sourcing products from suppliers.
Obtain competitive pricing, check stock, and ensure timely turnaround.
Maintain and update the Supplier Database.


Sales Process Management:

Compile quotes using Quickbooks, presenting clients with suitable options.
Communicate order details, lead times, and pricing clearly.
Follow up on quotes to increase conversion ratio, obtaining order signoff.


Production and Logistics Coordination:

Generate purchase orders, coordinate logistics, and verify supplier invoices.
Coordinate branding specifications, obtain client approval, and ensure quality control.
Daily follow-up with suppliers to track order status and update systems accordingly.


New Business Development:

Actively prospect for new business opportunities.
Utilize provided marketing materials to assist in prospecting efforts.
