    WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

    As a Global Recruiter, you will play a critical role in connecting talented individuals with Level 1-3 job opportunities across multiple countries. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and collaborate closely with clients to understand their talent needs. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating the recruitment process, managing relationships, and continuously improving our recruitment strategies.

    WHAT WILL FILL YOUR WORKDAY

    • Engage with potential candidates globally, understanding their skills, and aspirations, and fit within Boldr's culture.
    • Conduct initial screening processes, including reviewing resumes, performing phone screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the company.
    • Partner closely with client partners to comprehend their talent requirements and deliver to their specifications.
    • Streamline the interview and onboarding processes efficiently across different time zones and regions.
    • Lead talent branding initiatives, showcasing Boldr's mission and vision to a global audience.
    • Develop and implement new recruitment channels and methodologies to access global talent pools.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously enhance our global recruitment strategies.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure clear communication and a seamless talent experience.
    • Stay updated on global recruitment best practices, legal regulations, and industry trends.

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries.
    • Utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Building and maintaining client relationships while understanding unique requirements and expectations.
    • Analyzing and interpreting recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
    • Leading and mentoring junior recruiters to foster team growth and development.
    • English and Spanish communication (written and spoken).
    • Working in US business hours.
