    Description

    Product Manager

    The Product Manager will be responsible for managing all elements of the product development lifecycle, including understanding the business's goals, metrics of success and strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop the product strategy which includes the vision for the product; the metrics of success; the roadmap showing the milestones; and go-to-market strategy.
    • Create and prioritize the feature backlog based on new features; product improvements; bugs; design debt; and tech debt.
    • Conduct research to understand the market and the competitors to inform a SWOT analysis.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Strategy
    • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
    • Proven work experience delivering product features using Agile/SCRUM methodology
    • Experience in Financial Services sector is required
      • Experience working in the payments industry and experience working with PSPs, card schemes, and banks is required
      • Experience in marketing will be advantageous
      • Experience working with data will be advantageous

    Salary:

    $80,000 - $120,000 per year
