Description
Invoicing, quoting, buying, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standardprocedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
- Prepares noninventory purchase order requisitions.
- Attaches the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Prepares supplier invoices for payment.
- Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings.
- Process remittance information, invoices provided by vendors/suppliers, reviewing instructions accompanying items
- Receive, research, and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status,
- Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Performs other duties as required to support Managing Director and Finance Director.
- Maintains store, equipment, and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing of equipment.
