Job Overview:

As a Project Coordinator at our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage project workflows, and be a key liaison between clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, communicating project progress, and managing expectations.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills within the team to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices to drive innovative strategies for client projects.
Project Management and Administration: Develop and implement comprehensive content plans for each client, outlining strategies and timelines for content creation, publication, and distribution.
Manage project workflows, allocate resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Team Supervision and

Content Oversight:

Supervise content creation, review materials before release, and provide guidance to the team to maintain quality standards and alignment with client objectives.

Client Meetings and

Local Engagement:
Conduct regular meetings with clients, potentially meeting local clients as needed.

Represent the agency professionally and build strong client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience two in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate team members.
Flexibility for occasional inperson meetings and local client engagements.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).

Salary:
R12, R15,000.00 per month
