    Senior Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG

    Job Summary

    The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will drive integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong experience in marketing, team management and budget planning.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation plans from conception to launch.
    • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Innovation Pipeline: Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and sales teams.
    • Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
    • Brand Activation: Develop and implement brand activation plans across multiple channels.
    • Strategy Development: Define and lead the development of integrated brand activation planning, including pricing, promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze and continuously adjust overall brand performance to ensure optimal results.
    • Media Planning: Drive media plans on relevant channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
    • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor campaign performance for improvement opportunities.
    • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance teams to ensure seamless brand execution.
    • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and manage talented employees to support marketing efforts.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Experience: 8 years of portfolio management and brand activation experience, with a proven track record of success.
    • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams and agencies to deliver exceptional results.
