iNCO Creative is a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency, and we are looking for a Social Media & Paid Search Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media and paid search campaigns that align with clients' business objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive campaigns across all digital channels
• Stay uptodate on the latest social media and paid search trends, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to the creation of client proposals and presentations
• Manage and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and paid search marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on campaign performance
• Experience using social media management and paid search management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Ads, etc.)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
