Description

We are looking for an experienced high volume Internal Bulk Retail Recruiter to search and place amazing people within our clients stores.

Contract position (Maternity Cover)


Requirements:


  • Completed HR or related qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years in a high volume hands on recruitment environment

Duties would include:


  • Build relationships with Store Managers
  • Communicate with Store management and relevant GM/Exec to get a clear view on their hiring needs
  • Build relationships with service providers
  • Conduct confidential interviews
  • Background checks and references
  • Organise assessments where required
  • Store visits
  • Student/graduate recruitment drives
  • Drive new store recruitment projects
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on hiring needs (new platforms etc.)
  • Research into competitors and market place
  • Ensure the database is kept clean and updated
  • Suggest and drive improvements
  • New starter files complete and accurate
  • All recruitment admin done in a timeous manner
  • Keep cloud organograms up to date
  • Keep track of numbers for reporting
