Program Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the effective coordination and implementation of programs in line with our Strategic Plan.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless team leadership and capacity building.
Foster successful fundraising initiatives.
Provide technical oversight for finance and compliance management.
Ensure efficient administration.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Cultivate strong advocacy and public relations networks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in project management, development studies, social sciences, community development, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
Minimum five years of experience managing development projects in diverse teams, including complex set-ups.
Significant expertise in proposal writing and grants management, including international donors and national government partnerships.
Strong knowledge of development and human rights sectors.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Broad awareness of current issues in development, management, and children's rights.
Proven computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.

Estimated Salary: R 750,000 - R 900,000 per annum
