Job Title: Procurement Process Lead

Job Description:

A leading company in freight and logistics, Network Contracting, is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Process Lead to join their dynamic finance shared service. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in payables and procurement processes, with a strong focus on Procure to Pay operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of procurement specialists, ensuring efficient and effective Procure to Pay processes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor master data management.
Review and analyze supplier ledger and ageing brackets to ensure timely resolution of open debit items.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and SOPs for payables process.
Work closely with the Shared Service Centre team to execute the strategy for payable process.

Requirements:

Completed CA(SA) qualification.
3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and legal requirements.
Proficiency with finance information systems and knowledge of financial metrics and tools.

Skills Required:

Customer orientation and analytical decision-making skills.
Understanding of business principles and language, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability.
