RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategy
Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online platforms.

Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into higWork collaboratively with different stakeholders/divisions across the business to ensure that E-comm strategies are aligned with business and brand objectives at a group and operational level.

Contribute to the development of our Customer and Loyalty strategy approach and frameworks that will leverage the scale of our customer data and insights.

Drive the customer value proposition from robust research and insights.

Manage the CRM marketing function with a focus on analytics, forecasting, segmentation, circulation and personalisation strategies and optimisation relative to the CRM channel selection.


Data Usage and Integration

Engage with Product Heads in the Group to coordinate the availability and usage of relevant data sources as well as any other support necessary to inform decision making, in line with the Business and Marketing strategy.

Identify and articulate data sources within the Business Intelligence unit that are valuable to drive decision modelling within the Marketing and eCommerce team.

Examining sales-related metrics to inform optimisation, marketing strategies and potential product development.
Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
Analysing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Deliver data driven insights to all brands with actionable insights based on market trends, customer segmentations and other factors influencing customer sourcing and spending.


Content Requirements & Implementation
Contribute to creating promotional offers based on insights and data and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.

Establish and drive the effective use of digital marketing technology across all brands as part of integrated marketing operations plan.

Outline best practice to inform content generation.
Ensure content is updated according, platform functionality is optimised according to consumer needs and requirements.
Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.


Reporting
Monitor and report on general and campaign specific performance against set metrics.
Responsible for compiling and delivering general monthly and annual management reporting.
Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.


People Management
Build a team of experts required to service business needs.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and participate in recruitment of team members.

Ensure ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance continuous improvement by creating and actioning personal development plans and networking activities.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of team members (leave management, grievances, etc.) and prioritise and delegate tasks to team members to optimise efficiencies.

Responsible for managing resources and capacity in line with the work demands.
Oversee the team so that agreed SLAs are adhered to in the execution of work in the function.

Responsible for conducting Goal Plan contracts and performance review discussions with team members, including regular one-on-one feedback sessions, and mid-year and final performance reviews.

Conduct talent review sessions and succession planning to support talent management and ensure a pipeline of 'ready now' talent for future opportunities in the team.

Establish a collaborative environment that is focused on learning and development of team members.


Stakeholder Management
Identify critical stakeholders for Client Optimisation and determine appropriate engagement methods to ensure the Function achieves its objectives.
Effectively liaise with internal and external suppliers through focus groups, interactions, etc. in order to gain an understanding of client needs.
Work cross functionally; network both internally and externally to ensure a relevant network which will enable and enhance the delivery of Client Optimisation solutions


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors / advanced degree in relevant area
5-7 Years prior work experience in similar role
Strong strategy development
Marketing Experience & Knowledge
Experience leading and Driving Customer Strategy in a Fin Tec, retail or FMCG business
Programmatic Marketing Experience
CRM / Loyalty experience
Customer Analytic, Research and Development experience
Customer Insights - design through to actionable outcomes
Proven history of selling on marketplaces
Ability to optimize conversion rates
