Take responsibility for the retention of customer accounts- Facilitate the implementation of Good Sales and Service Practice in the team
- Take responsibility for the creation and/or implementation of agreed and documented
- Champion effective communication and working relationships within the area team, outward to the wider field team and Corporate Accounts (CA) team.
- Show leadership in all directions; to your team through clearly delegated shared leadership, to your peers by accepting shared activities and to your manager through active effective followership
- Develop the sales team to ensure that they are able to deliver against and exceed sales targets and KP.
- Leading on communication, action, behaviour and holding the team accountable for safe working practice, compliance to safety rules and the required reporting
- The setting of and holding accountable for; team member's annual Sales targets and KPIs
- The development of key skills and capability in the team in relation to new account gains, account management and service deliver
Salary:
R1,200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
