Generalist Recruiter


South Africa's leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector currently has the following opportunity at Head Office.


Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide professional, efficient end to end recruitment function to service the business needs
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders and understand the business needs
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining various recruitment platforms (including the use of social media; LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintain best practice in line with current trends in the recruitment industry

Person Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment position
  • Previous working knowledge of legislation related to HR
  • Confidentiality, discretion and empathy when dealing with people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines including the ability to plan and organise and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Relevant HR qualification will be an advantage but not a necessity
