Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced financial management specialist is required to manage the financial operations of multiple companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop and implement effective office management systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain compliance with BBBEE regulations and tax laws.
Oversee asset, plant, and fleet management, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of company resources.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple companies, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

BCom Accounting or BComp degree.
Professional registration with SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA, or SAIBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial management role, with a background in construction an advantage.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
