Do you enjoy liaising with clients telephonically? Companies who are interested in branding options suited to their specific brand would appreciate your enthusiasm and outstanding customer service, ensuring that their branding process runs smoothly.

Our client is based in Tyger Valley and receives a high number of incoming leads daily. A background in hospitality will be advantageous, and training is provided to ensure success within this dynamic team.


Requirements:


  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience compiling quotes is essential
  • Hospitality background will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills and telephone etiquette are a must

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assisting customers to purchase our products and their branding requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with team members and departments
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Process orders and sales
  • Understand customer demands, needs, and preferences
  • Preparing quotes as per client requests
  • Developing positive relationships
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
