    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate sales efforts, focusing on building long-term relationships with fleet companies and driving incremental volume and share for the brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and dealers
    • Formulate strategies to improve product penetration of corporate fleets
    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts through coordinated sales contact programs
    • Optimize the use of demonstration vehicles for marketing and promoting the company's products
    • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to inform recommendations
    • Negotiate with fleet owners to secure incremental vehicle sales
    • Participate in new product launch meetings and advise dealers on corporate sales matters
    • Contribute to the development of corporate sales policy and guidelines for fleet packages

    Requirements:

    • Affirmative Action South African citizen
    • Recognized Business Degree or National Diploma in Marketing or Retail
    • Minimum 5 years experience in retail/marketing and marketing of vehicles/sales
    • Experience in dealing with large client groups and excellent attention to detail

    Essential Skills:

    • Ability to look at the bigger picture and offer strategic input
    • Good understanding of CRM and customer contact programs
    • Proven negotiating/influencing skills
    • Good selling/people-handling/communication/presentation/planning and organizing skills
