    Content and Communications Manager

    Denton-Harvey group is seeking an experienced Content and Communications Manager to develop content creation strategies enhancing stakeholder engagement and brand image across departments.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop internal and external communications strategies for brand awareness, increasing visibility and alignment across departments.
    • Lead a marketing team providing advice, support and contributing to departmental growth, coordinating marketing projects.
    • Establish guidelines and manage content production aligned with campaign objectives.
    • Cultivate existing and create new relationships with key media contacts.
    • Support sales and lead generation efforts through product demand research and PR materials contribution.
    • Maintain company-wide compliance with CI guidelines and oversee conference coordination.
    • Create and update social media strategies collaborating with marketing teams.
    • Track and report on content and communications campaigns success.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or relevant field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Content Production or Communications.
    • Solid understanding of accounting and taxation principles.
    • Experience in managing people and teams.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and CMS platforms.
    • Thorough understanding of sales funnels and content production best practices.
