Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist with the receiving, storing, and issuing of stock in accordance with company procedures.
Update inventory records and system databases to reflect stock movements and adjustments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to coordinate stock movements and replenishments.
Assist in identifying slowmoving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate action.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the implementation of inventory management best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in stock control or inventory management is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
MS Office especially excel
Knowledge of Stock control on SAGE would be a huge advantage
Technical experience would be an advantage
Must be able to work under pressure
Will be responsible for the tracking of goods inbound and outbound
Strong admin skills will be required

Clear Criminal Record
Min 3 to 5 years experience
