Job Summary:


As a Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products or services.

You will work to generate leads, build rapport with customers, and close sales over the phone. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products or services
  • Build and maintain a customer database through lead generation and followup activities
  • Establish rapport with customers and identify their needs and preferences
  • Make product or service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's customer relationship management system
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed all productivity and performance metrics, including sales targets, call volumes, and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or tele sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
  • Goaloriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales processes and product information
  • Fluency in English and other languages may be required depending on the target market.

Working Conditions:


The Internal Sales Representative role is primarily a desk-based position that involves working on a computer and making outbound calls.

The work schedule may involve evening or weekend shifts to accommodate customers in different time zones. The job may require the use of a headset or other specialized equipment to conduct calls.
