Requirements:


  • Diploma or similar qualification in Marketing.
  • Min of 3 years relevant marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Content creation / creative skills.
  • Use of various marketing tools e.g., Canva, SEO, Marketing Automation, Hootsuite, Adobe Colour, MailChimp and others.
  • Create, implement and manage marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • A holistic and business thinker who is confident, selfmotivated, articulate, and practical.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be eager to learn and have initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Teamplayer/collaborator.
  • Drivers license and own car.

Responsibilities:


The role is not limited to the below responsibilities and can evolve over time, as this is a newly created role.

  • Design creative content, manage and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create Social Media schedules for all upcoming posts (LinkedIn and Whatsapp currently)
  • Ensure consistency of the companies branding and marketing initiatives across all marketing platforms, stationery, gifting templates etc.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Head of Operations to ensure that the Corporate Pack is always updated accurately and timeously.
  • Liaise with the web development company or other relevant vendors to ensure that the website is regulary reviewed, maintained and that relevant updates are implemented.
  • Setup of outlook signatures for all new resources and ensure that all signatures are reflect the correct job title.
  • Work closely with the HR Generalist to ensure that the Induction and presentation packs have updated content and that they look professional.
  • Liaise with promotional branding companies to ensure the company has sufficient stock of branded pens, notebooks, bottles etc.
  • Annual Corporate Gifts liaise with suppliers on branding of gifts and ensure timeous delivery of the items.
  • Create and consolidate online surveys for client feedback and employee feedback.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks from time to time as directed by the Operations Team).
