- _Pattern Making Diploma is Essential_
- _Minimum 3-5 years' Experience in same role from clothes and fabric manufacturing environment_
- _Understanding of rating and grading is Essential_
- _Good knowledge of the types and properties of fabrics_
- _Must be able to interpret a design concept and put it on paper_
- _Excellent sewing skills_
- _Must be detailed orientated_
- _Good mathematical skills for measurements and calculations_
- _Must be able to draw freehand_
