    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist - Learning and Development to join our team at Bagvin College. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance. You will work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and training and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about adult learning and have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, we encourage you to apply.

    About You
    - 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
    - Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
