    About the National Technical Fuel Specialist Position

    We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of National Technical Fuel Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this position include the implementation and support of Fuel Integrated Sites for both new corporate groups and independent clients.

    Collaboration with internal product owners and external service providers is essential to ensure client needs are met.

    Providing assistance and training to sales teams during Site Surveys is crucial to capturing all required information for new sites.

    National Technical Fuel Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Offer training and support to clients to ensure a seamless handover process.
    • Develop and supply technical documentation to internal teams for support purposes, as well as training manuals for clients.
    • Manage escalations for new and existing sites to minimize client downtime.
    • Support sales teams during Site Surveys to guarantee all necessary information is captured for new sites.

    National Technical Fuel Specialist Requirements:

    • Knowledge of POS, Retail (FMCG) systems.
    • A+ N+ certification or a Diploma in a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and database management (an advantage).
    • Experience in systems analysis.
    • Managerial, administrative, and soft skills (advantageous).
    • Background in creating technical reports and standards.
    • Experience in creating technical guides and standards.
    • IT project management experience, including structuring, implementation, quality spot checks, and tracking.

    Please note that regular travel and personal vehicle ownership are required for this position.
