Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/Senior Certificate
- FAIS Compliant essential (minimum of 30 credits prior to 2009 or full FAIS qualification)
- Computer literate [MS Word, MS Excel, Policy Management system (inhouse)]
- 3 years work experience in short term insurance Personal Insurance
- Customer service orientated
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette,
- Must speak English and Afrikaans preferable
- Able to handle pressure
- Planning and organising skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Must be a registered Representative with the FSB
- Must have written and passed RE
- Self starter
- Team player
- Reliable and dependable
- Good listener
- Good presentation skills
- Accept responsibility
