    Job Title: Tour/Travel Administrator

    This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of our tour programs. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of tour administration, including communication with suppliers and maintaining accurate records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the operation of assigned FIT and group tour programs to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Manage administrative duties related to tour operations, such as booking reservations and communicating with clients.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for suppliers, agents, and clients, providing clear and timely communication.
    • Make and manage reservations for travel services like flights, accommodations, and activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, supplier details, and payment transactions.
    • Monitor reservation status, payment terms, and deadlines, and communicate updates effectively.
    • Collaborate closely with a team to ensure efficient tour operations.

    Requirements:

    • A matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent qualification.
    • Relevant travel qualifications, such as a diploma or certificate.

    Skills and Experience:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar tour/travel administration role.
    • The ability to maintain accurate records related to clients, bookings, suppliers, and payments.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • The ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
    • Strong customer service skills.
