Description
Ø Logging faults with service providers

Ø Opening / Closing new calls for clients using CO3/BPO operating system

Ø Issuing of stock and toners

Ø Taking No Charge Toner orders and processing the orders

Ø Stock ordering

Ø Have attention to detail when compiling reports/Service Schedules

Ø Schedule next day callouts for technicians

Ø Document filing

Ø Booking installations for technicians

Ø Constant communication with the technicians

Ø Liaise with suppliers

Ø Liaise with clients

Ø Liaise with directors & sales reps

Ø Create purchase orders

Ø Run day to day duties of the office.


REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Matric

Ø Proficient in English

Ø Min 3 years in similar position

Ø Previous experience in telecommunications (Bonus but not compulsory)

Ø Good understanding of MS Office

Ø Excellent computer skills

Ø Be able to manage time effectively
Be able to work alone


Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
R5, R8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg North, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

Service Control: 3 years (required)
