The vision of Executive Relocations in Africa is to become the premier Immigration Provider in Africa and to achieve this vision, we are recruiting an IMMIGRATION ADMINISTRATOR to assist inthe Immigration Department.


The Immigration Administrator is expected to assist with the co-ordination of casework from our Head-Office based in Epping, Cape Town to our branches and providers in Africa and the Middle East.

The position is full-time and office-based and, the Administrator will report directly to the Executive Relocations Africa General Manager.


Main Responsibilities:


  • General legal administrative support.
  • Improve & develop admin functions & tasks
  • Immigration casework and coordination
  • Document control and submission of documents to the relevant authorities.
  • Coordination with incountry Immigration Consultants and Providers.
  • Liaise with Immigration government officials and provide regular status reports to Clients.

  • Excellent spoken and written English,
  • French, Portuguese or Arabic will be considered an added advantage,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Qualifications:


  • Completion of a recognized qualification in business administration / legal administration / international immigration administration and/or at least have 35 years' professional experience in Immigration in Africa;

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Epping,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelors (preferred)

Experience:

- international immigration administration: 4 years (required)
- professional experience in Immigration in Africa: 4 years (required)
Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)


Language:


  • English, French, Portuguese or Arabic (preferred)
