Description
A Chemical and Energy company based in Sandton is looking for a Commercial Excellence Academy Manager.


Purpose:


To drive commercial and Academy excellence by the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximise top and bottom-line results.


Duties:


  • To undertake continuous improvement in respect to training requirements
  • To maintain a collaborative relationship with 3rd parties and HR training units
  • To design, build and implement an HR training environment
  • To develop and maintain training documentation
  • Conduct training audits
  • Manage HR training related projects

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 11 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
