One of our large Security Access Specialists clients based in Die Wilgers are urgently in need of a Production Manager within the Access Control/ Security Access Industry who can start immediately or as soon as possible.

THIS IS A BEE POSITION AS PER CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Matric
2 5 years' working experience in Warehousing and Production in Security/Access Control

Duties:

Oversee all inhouse repair and refurbishing activities.
Ensure stock levels is sufficient for Installations.
Oversee departmental quality control activities.
Keeping repair stock level up and enable OPS to invoice clients where needed.
Managing of job cards (Production Orders).
Creating and registering Warehouse Picking lists.
Maintaining Item journal weekly and sending reports on a monthly basis.
Managing and following up on orders to requests components and stock.
Management of production and store personnel.
Managing and preparing of Stock take.
Stock Adjustments.
Updating and creating item cards
Ensure quality management systems are implemented and maintained across all equipment.
Be on the lookout for potential improvement of procedures
Liaise with OPS and Service teams with regards to installations, upgrades, and repairs.
Liaise with R&D with regards to new products, testing procedure and modifications.
Assisting OPS with correct part numbers and update on stock levels.
Help to keep the Quotation spreadsheet up to date.
Drive each job card to completion.
Help looking for new Vendors or alternative Items or components.
Testing of new products
