We currently have a vacancy open in the Workshop Foreman position.

The role needs to be filled by a self-driven & motivated individual who has the management skills and experience in monitoring, managing and motivating staff within a workshop setting to produce quality & positive results.

10 years' experience in the Auto Body Repair trade.
Must be able to work on TMS and understand Audatex quotes.
Must have leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) (English & Afrikaans Language)
Must be able to handle and work with clients in a professional manner.
Must be a problem solver with attention to detail.
Team player and ability to continue and complete tasks without supervision in a timeous manner.
Excellent Organization and Time management skills.
Own reliable transport.
Working overtime and on Saturdays will be required at times.

Salary:
R10 000 to R18 000 CTC plus incentives (Salary dependent on experience, skills and interview)

Salary:
R10, R18,000.00 per month
