We are seeking a seasoned executive to take on the role of Dealer Principal at our esteemed dealership in Witbank, Emahlaleni.

About the Role

As Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership, including staff management, sales, parts, and workshop operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure profitability across all departments, drive market penetration, improve stock turnover, and increase sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dealer Principal in a vehicle dealership environment.
Candidates should have experience working with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval, Ford, Mazda etc.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Profitability Focus: Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial management and the ability to drive profitability.
Criminal Record: Possess a clear criminal record and meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
Education and Training: Tertiary education and management training would be beneficial but not essential.
