Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have completed a National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in an administrative role, ideally within the banking or financial sector is essential
  • Previous client interaction and relationship building experience are important
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills exchange, convey and express knowledge and ideas, are required for this role
  • Must be computer literate and have the ability to understand the loan origination and client information systems
  • Managing incoming and initial calls and redirecting where necessary.
  • Managing the initial contact with clients when they have applied for business funding.
  • Making followup calls with clients.
  • Assisting with all of the administrative duties of the Front Desk.
  • Managing the Client support box.
  • Making followup calls to clients where waiting for the business bank statements.
  • Explaining the product, pricing, loan terms, etc. to the customers.
  • Explaining to a client how to obtain the bank statements in the correct format and be familiar with all channels available in submitting or sending these bank statements.
  • Gathering bank statements, creating client folders, and saving bank statements in these folders.
