    Description

    **Job Title:** Treasury Finance Business Partner

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this key role within our Treasury team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to drive informed decision-making and ensure optimal Treasury performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the financial aspects of our Treasury operations, including liquidity, interest rate, foreign currency, hedging, and other balance sheet risks.
    • Identify and implement revenue or cost-saving opportunities and ensure adherence to budget.
    • Perform cost and benefit analysis on systems used in the bank to streamline Treasury operational capabilities.
    • Assist in project managing the implementation of new Treasury systems to ensure delivery within budget and planned timelines.

    Requirements:

    • Honours degree in Accounting, Finance, CIMA/CA(SA)/CFA or similar qualification.
    • Strong analytical foundation and 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services Finance Business partnering and/or Financial Resources Management.
    • Experience with hedge accounting, high-priority projects, and activities under pressurized conditions.
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior and non-technical stakeholders.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and respond to queries in a timely manner.
    • Strong influencing skills and organisational skills, able to prioritise competing priorities and implement plans to deliver against them.
