Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Provide basic information about services, pricing, and procedures.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues or escalate to the relevant person.
  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate client database.
  • Enter new customer information and update existing records as necessary.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of client data.
  • Generate quotes for customers based on their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager and technicians to obtain accurate pricing information.
  • Prepare and present quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Capture job cards into the Evolve system accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter relevant details such as customer information, vehicle details, services required, and technician assignments.
  • Ensure all necessary information is included and update job cards as needed.
  • Contact suppliers via phone to inquire about pricing for parts and supplies.
  • Gather necessary information and compare quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain a record of supplier communication and pricing information.
  • Handle recalls and related communication with customers via WhatsApp.
  • Notify affected customers of recalls and provide necessary instructions.
  • Coordinate with technicians and other staff members to schedule recall services.
  • Courtesy call client 2 days after their vehicle has been collected, review requested.
  • Followed by whatsapp with the link to the review
