We are currently recruiting for a FULLY REMOTE trainee Mortgage Account Manager.


What's on offer:

  • 27 days paid holiday plus UK bank holidays (a further 8 days a year, total being 35 days paid holidays a year)
  • Salary 16,000R per month
  • Working fully remote, working 9am to 6pm UK time
You will provide full admin support, including but not limited to:

  • Speaking with clients on the phone/zoom
- information gathering from clients, completing out inhouse CRM.

  • Obtaining documents from clients in accordance with policy and updating these documents on to our CRM and lenders systems.
  • Completing compliance paperwork on clients' files, such as ID Checks, Sanction searches, etc
  • Keeping on top of your pipeline, chasing clients for documents daily and ensuring that our commercial partners are always kept up to date.

Salary:
R16,000.00 per month
