    Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

    We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Public Relations Specialist to join our team at {company}. This live-out position requires a candidate with a strong background in marketing, communications, or journalism, as well as proven experience in public relations or media.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media outlets.
    • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey key messages and build trust with target audiences.

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
    • Proven working experience in public relations or media
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with crisis management would be an advantage
    • Organisational, administrative, and planning skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
    • Proactive, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
    • Proficient in digital media and social media platforms
    • Experience in the hospitality, winemaking, food, and/or tourism industry

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience

    Please note that this is a live-out position, requiring the candidate to commute to work independently. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
