This is a fast-paced job, and we are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication skills to fill this position.
The main duties include:
- Maintaining personnel records
- Managing HR and payroll documents
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Distributing pertinent information
- Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders (telephonic and written)
- Resolving queries
- Administration, as required
Ultimately, you will make sure that all ER and HR operations run smoothly and for the preparation of reports and co-ordination thereof to Management and the Payroll department.
Requirements and skills:
- A qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant field will be advantageous
- Work experience as a Payroll Administrator, HR Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar
- Familiarity with human resources and payroll information and documentation
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Experience maintaining and updating databases and to organize digital personnel records comprising of sensitive HR, employee, and payroll information
- Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
