Description:

Portfolio Manager - Permanent - Bloubergstrand, Cape Town - R 24k p/month

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 08h30 - 17h00 / One weekend shift on a rotation basis will be required

What you will do:

Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.
Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.
Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all time.
Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.
Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.
Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner
Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners
Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.

What you will need to have:

Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware
laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
Availability to work one weekend per month.
Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fastpaced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
Highly responsive and reliable.
Strong attention to detail.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Own reliable car
