    Key Responsibilities:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
    • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
    • A strong understanding of inventory management principles, including stock counting, recording, and labelling, is essential for this role.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
    • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with QWIX barcoding software and hardware, as well as SAP B1.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Search for products and services from multiple suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery periods are met.
    • Create official purchase orders in SAP B1 and follow through with suppliers.
    • Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, counts, and labelling activities.
    • Work closely with the Warehouse team to coordinate stock control activities.

    Working Conditions:

    This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to meet with suppliers. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.
