    Your tasks andresponsibilities :

    · Maintains ahigh level of availability for customer requests/inquiries

    · Conductstechnical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities forservice operations and

    delivery.

    · Processesincoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.

    · Performsorder management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' informationin the

    informationsystem.

    · Drives complexissues and questions to respectively qualified Service Technicians or ServiceEngineers.

    · Cooperateswith clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.

    · Participatesin investigating and resolving commercial and/or technical problems.

    · Supportspre-and/or post sales technical product advice for development, implementationand operation of

    customersolutions.

    · Support theArea Service Manager in all resource planning activities

    Your skills andattributes:

    · Matric

    · Customerservice experience will be advantageous

    · Must be anexcellent communicator and have the ability to maintain calm in a volatileenvironment

    · Attention todetails with high work accuracy.

    · Ability towork under pressure and meet deadlines.

    · Ability toestablish and maintain good customer relationships both internally andexternally.

    · ComputerLiterate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

    · Ability towork in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

    · Ability towork independently as well as part of a team
