Company Description
An established motor cycle dealership is looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant in the Equestria, Pretoria East area.


Working hours:


Half Day:
Monday to Friday 08h00 - 13h00 / Saturday 08h00 - 13h00
OR

Full Day:
Monday to Friday 08h00 - 17h00 / Saturday 08h00 - 13h00

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Direct phone calls
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain customer contact lists
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (customer survey)
  • Controlling and matching of supplier invoices with orders
  • Load supplier invoices and purchase orders on Pastel

Qualifications

  • High School Matric or Equivalant; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) &
    Pastel:
  • Team Player: Working with others independently to attain both individual and team objectives
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays from 08h00 to 13h00
