Requirements:


  • 510 years experience as a Personal Assistant to executive level staff
- experience in Automotive Sector and advantage

  • Experience in bookkeeping (debtors and creditors)
KPI's

  • General diary and meeting management,
  • Property management, assisting Director with rental agreements, renter queries and property maintenance
- travel and accommodation arrangements etc.

  • Bookkeeping
  • General errands
