    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and implementation of credit strategies for unsecured loans
    • Conduct thorough credit risk analysis throughout the loan lifecycle
    • Monitor and manage credit exposures, collections, and provisioning
    • Assess the effectiveness of credit strategies and identify areas for improvement
    • Run impairment models and create provisioning reports to inform data-driven decisions
    • Enhance reporting processes to identify trends and provide actionable insights
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and drive business outcomes

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Honours degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively
    • Proficiency in coding languages (SAS, SQL, Python) for data extraction and transformation
    • Experience in building dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and creating reports to support business decision-making
    • Familiarity with scorecard development and credit risk model building
    • Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint) and ability to present complex information to stakeholders
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit risk environment, covering various aspects of the credit lifecycle
