Job Description
- In this job you are responsible for co-ordinating the allocation and payment of fines, as well as the registration and renewal of vehicle licences for all company vehicles.
- To ensure the company meets legal requirements in terms of vehicle licencing and payment of fines in a cost effective and timeous manner.
- Co-ordinate allocation and payment of fines
- Co-odinate Vehicle licence renewals
- Co-ordinate Vehicle Registration (requisitions and sales)
- Ad-hoc duties
- Upkeep of TnA
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education - Grade 12 Certificate
- Experience in an administrative function within a Workshop/ Fleet environment Stores experience
- MS Office proficient
- Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
- Working knowledge of traffic laws and procedures
- Valid Drivers Licence
