Purpose: Develop, implement, and improve Risk Management Policies and Procedures. Identify risks and develop mitigations in line with Enterprise Risk Framework.

Responsibilities:

• Support risk management activities, including identifying and managing operational risks.
• Develop and execute processes for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting operational risks.
• Assist in risk management strategy roll-out and development of risk management frameworks, strategies, and policies.
• Provide input for the Risk Management Plan and support annual reviews of Risk Management Policy, Framework, and Strategy.
• Prioritize management actions for control weaknesses and advise on processes and controls for operational risks.
• Manage inventory of processes for strategic watch, business, and regulatory intelligence.
• Develop treatment plans based on risk areas and risk appetite.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on risk reports and support development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/Matric.
• B. Compt/B. Com or similar.
• Registration with a professional body.
• 3 years' relevant experience.
